A graduate of Georgia State University in 1982 with a B.B.A. in Marketing, Tamara has been helping clients address their financial goals for over 34 years. She has been a resident of Tampa, Florida since 1985 working as an Investment Advisor for Dean Witter Reynolds from 1986 to 1991, receiving her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional in 1991. Her security registrations include the Series 7 and 63 held with LPL Financial; and she is licensed for Life, Health, Disability, and Long-Term Care Insurance, as well as for Variable Annuities. She was employed at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. as Vice President-Investments for 16 years when she established her own independent brokerage and advisory practice with LPL Financial in August 2007.  Tamara and her team manage brokerage and advisory assets through LPL Financial. They are experienced in Trust Accounts, Retirement Accounts, College Education Accounts, Insurance Services, Individual Investment Accounts, and High Net Worth Accounts. She offers her experience in Comprehensive Financial Planning for clients interested in developing and working toward realizing various financial goals.

Tamara has been involved in voluntary community affairs throughout the 30 years she has lived in the Tampa area. She maintains many contacts from her experience in Leadership Tampa (1996). She has been a Board member of the Carrollwood Area Business Association (CABA) and, during a ten-year involvement, a past President of the Tampa Breakfast Sertoma Club. She is a member and past board member of the Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council. She devoted ten years to Easter Seals of Florida, Inc. as a board member, and served two years as President. She has served as past Chairman on the Board of Directors of HPC Healthcare, Inc., as past Chairman of the Executive Committee, and as a past member of the Investment Committee. She also served as past Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors for LifePath Hospice and is a former member of the Board. She maintains memberships in The Philanthropic Women of St. Joseph’s, Hospice Women of Philanthropy, Leadership Tampa Alumni, LPGA Amateur Golf Association, and Carrollwood Country Club.

In addition to her intense interest in golf, Tamara finds time to include boating, fishing, and gardening.

A graduate of the University of Florida in 1975 with a B.A. in Political Science & English, Scott has worked with Tamara over the past several years to help develop her independent advisory practice. As our Financial Planning Assistant, he attends to the financial data collection and operational details required in the marketing and preparation of our financial planning services. Well versed in WealthVision powered by e-Money, he helps Tamara transform clients’ information into the financial plans she presents to our clients. He maintains his Series 7 and 66 registrations through LPL Financial. As a LPL Registered Sales Assistant, he assists Tamara administratively with clients’ trades and their inquiries regarding their accounts. Scott maintains the State of Florida Insurance license for Life, Health, and Variable Annuities in order to assist Tamara with our clients’ life, long term care, and disability insurance needs. He also updates our company website with the most current and topical content. His ability to analyze and communicate complex information strengthens our team in promoting our services.

Prior to joining Tamara’s independent practice, Scott spent over 25 years in the metal sales services business, encompassing various aspects from warehousing and logistics to sales and export/import coordination. Scott is a member of the Tampa Breakfast Sertoma Club, where he met his future wife, Tamara. Born in Miami, he enjoys boating, fishing, and all things Florida.


Christina Y. Brown

Christina has been our Client Services Assistant for over ten years and our Office Manager since 2021.   She has over nineteen years of experience in the financial services industry.  Christina started with a local firm, and learned the industry from the ground up, as well as, the many different aspects of servicing clients and their families. She has an array of talents not limited to her administrative and general office experience.  She coordinates all of our correspondence for our client’s conference calls and meetings. She expertly assists Tamara in the document preparation and administration of our clients’ annuity policies. She manages the office workload and appointment calendar, monitors our on-task marketing calendar, as well as our CRM system.   She will most likely be the first voice you hear when you call our office. She takes great pride in helping our clients with their questions, handling their inquiries and service requests, including client online access to Account View. Christina also assists Tamara in coordinating marketing activities and preparing various financial reports.

Christina lives in Clearwater, Florida with her husband, Gregg, and their three sons, Hayden, Greyson, Mason and their dog, Padawan, who was adopted from the ASPCA. She enjoys spending time with her family, biking, hosting family dinners, reading, and maintaining and developing her vegetable garden.

Christina also worked closely with her local hospital by volunteering on the women’s floor helping women dealing with crisis situations. She was a former Parent Coordinator and was very involved with the non-profit organization Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (NILMDTS).  She is also a former Den Leader with Boy Scouts of America for her oldest son.

Natalie graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2018 with her degree in Business Administration/Economics. At UF she was a part of leadership organizations such as Lead UF, The Heavener Leadership Challenge, and held positions on the executive board of the University Economics Society.

She currently maintains her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses with LPL Financial. She also holds her Florida 2-15 Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) license. She completed her CFP® designation on 4/11/2023.

Natalie entered in the financial services industry in 2018 working at Raymond James Financial.  She started in their customer accounts department servicing margin accounts, tracking trades, and assisting in moving funds and securities between accounts.  She was recognized for her dedication to assisting financial advisors in their ServiceFirst newsletter.  She then transitioned to the Associate Financial Services team at Raymond James as a Service Advisor.  In her role she helped employees with all their comprehensive financial needs.  She assisted with account opening, account transfers process, retirement planning, and placing trades.

As a Registered Administrative Associate at LPL Financial, she assists our team in executing trades, client meeting preparation, preparing reports, and servicing client accounts, as well as, financial planning. She also assists Tamara with investment portfolio design.

Natalie was raised in Tampa, Florida and currently lives in St. Petersburg with her pug Nugget.  She enjoys reading, running, trying new recipes, and boating with family.

Andrew graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2020 with his degree in Business Administration/Finance with honors. He currently maintains his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses with LPL Financial. He also holds his Florida 2-15 health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) license.

Andrew entered the financial services industry in 2019 working at Ameriprise Financial; starting as a financial planning intern then gradually working his way to becoming a Paraplanner. In his role he was the financial advisor’s right hand and was responsible for all aspects of the client experience. Afterwards, he joined Steward Partners Global Advisory as a Registered Client Administrative Manager where he was responsible for being the point of contact for clients and all their comprehensive financial needs.

As a Registered Sales Assistant at LPL Financial, he assists our team in executing trades, client meeting preparation, preparing reports, servicing client accounts, as well as, financial planning.

Andrew was raised in St. Petersburg, FL and currently lives in Pinellas Park with his German Shepherd and Golden Retriever. Andrew is a part of the Pinellas Police Athletic League as a volunteer coach for the youth in addition to competing as an amateur boxer locally. He also enjoys playing volleyball and competing in Schutzhund with his dogs.
